Large room for rent in Vancouver, WA. Townhouse is Located in the Orchards area, close to SR 500, and I-205.
Room has large closet, private. Bathroom is shared with just one other female.
The house is fairly quiet; three people currently sharing the home. Kitchen, living room are common areas. Laundry is in-house.
Looking for someone low-key, respectful, responsible, and just generally pleasant. You must love animals, as we have two small dogs and one cat- they are never left out unattended, and are not barkers (love bugs!); we cant accept any more animals, however.
Rent is $500, and that includes all utilities, cable, wifi, etc. Would like to find someone who is looking to stay for at least 6 months. No deposits are required, however we do require first and last for month-to-month, which is waived if you want to do a 6 month lease.
