*Wanted* Affordable pet quality English Bulldog Puppy in Vancouver, Washington For Sale

My family has been looking for a bulldog for quite awhile since we fell in love with a friends dog of the same breed. However we have noticed a huge variation in prices, most for the purposes of breeding. We have absolutely no desire to breed our pet and will make sure we neuter/spay whatever puppy we end up with. That being said does anyone have a non-show / non breedable quality bulldog they would be willing to sell for less? We are a military family and want a dog for our child as a friend since we do move frequently and need something to be a constant for her. We have been told that a dog would be an excellent therapy tool and we have experienced this first hand with another bulldog who proved to be excellent with our child.And for mom who has to experience long deployments at times and needs a companion/protector. We were looking to spend around $700 for a sweet puppy but may be willing to do more. We can ESPECIALLY do more if you are willing to work out a "payment plan/layway"--such as $500 down, $300 a month until it's paid--Christmas is coming and payment plans are appreciated! It will join our Persian cat and 4 year old so socialization is also an important quality for us. We have no preference of male or female or coloring/markings etc. We would also be very open to miniatures. We will even take your runt (prefer it actually), it's the temperment that matters to us and quality of their breeding (no puppy mill/kennel type places, we do not wish to meet you in a parking lot, we want to see where you raise your puppies to ensure we are purchasing from a reputable and honest source).
