This is Chubs! He is very active and playful. This fellow needs an active owner. He looks forward to his walks and does great on a leash. I use a harness instead of a collar. It is preferred for small breeds. Loves people! Good with kids. As with all Chihuahuas, I would recommend children over the age of 5. Up to date on shots. Not neutered.
